
Jazz Ensemble Overview
Manasquan Music Academy will hold auditions for the annual MMA Summer Jazz Ensemble. MMA Summer Jazz Ensemble is an audition-only instrumental music study intensive, providing students with the opportunity to explore the vast and diverse world of jazz. Led by Wall High School Music Teacher Steve Bryant; Wall Township Band Director Mike Montalto; and East Brunswick Music Director Ryan Wiemken, the MMA Summer Jazz Ensemble will select up to twenty-one 8th-12th grade students to join the ensemble, which includes intensive instruction through an affordable tuition based four-week summer course. This program offers an opportunity for student musicians to be exposed to all areas of jazz repertoire, encourages the practice through the summer months and provides performance opportunities.

TUITION (due upon acceptance)
- Jazz ensemble $275 (minus $25 audition fee)
